This is the annual fair of Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex),  Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association (Vitas), Vietnam Leather & Footwear Association (LEFASO) in cooperation with Vietnam Advertisement and Fair Exhibition Company – VIETFAIR.

Vietnam International Fair Fashion 2009 (VIFF 2009) will be officially opened on November 18, 2009 evening in Hanoi International Exhibition Center at 91 Tran Hung Dao str, Hoan Kiem dist, Hanoi.
